Role Summary:In this role you will focus on developing strategies and plans that drive the company's resource management agenda and align with industry standards, market trends, and best practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with leaders and strategic partners to ensure strategies and plans support the goals and policies of the company or a specific business unit or function; executing on plans, roadmaps, and other reporting; building awareness and adoption of strategic direction and priorities, key projects and programs, and transformation initiatives; and identifying risks and remediating or escalating. You will be helping to keep the team on track by coordinating logistics of meetings and tracking follow-ups and action items to closure

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in business, finance or communications.
  • Previous Work History: 3-5 years of related experience as a project manager/ admin or business analyst
Industry Experience: Experience in a large financial institution, or heavily regulated environment preferred with back office experience preferred Skills & Competencies:Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures. Outstanding organization and time management skills with attention to detail. Strong project management skills. Detail oriented, able to take ambiguous data and turn onto clear concise communications. Previous Work Experience:Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Visio and SharePoint experience a plus Soft Skills:
  • Self-starter with the ability to synthesize ambiguous information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work equally well on self-managed or team-oriented projects
  • Ability to prioritize projects to ensure deadlines are met
Role Details at Strategic/Tactical Level:
  • Providing business support, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, preparing communications, organizing meetings, including scheduling
  • Communicate goals, processes, and resource allocation in accordance with the organizational strategy
  • Present findings, projections, and recommended actions
  • Plan, implement and manage proposed recommendations and projects
  • Monitor and report on projects and initiatives
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders
