This jobs primary purpose is to supervise the staff and process at the Tour Desk to insure a smooth and efficient tour check in process.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, and other duties may be assigned.

Prepare schedule for the Tour Desk employees.

Oversee daily check in of Sales Representatives.

Regulate the check in process of all tours.

Supervise all tour data entry information.

Coordinate assignment of tours to sales representatives.

Supervise preparation and review daily tour desk reports.

Order materials and supplies as needed.

Assist Tour Desk employees with any questions/concerns.

Process performance evaluations.

Oversee all Tour Desk operations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise 2 or more employees for the Tour Desk. Responsible for coordinating tour qualifications and procedure changes with the Director of Sales. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the tour desk. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and make hiring recommendations, train tour desk employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising employee performance; rewarding and disciplining employees as authorized; addressing customer complaints and resolving problems.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
