Van Compass LLC is located in Post Falls. We manufacture products for Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit and Ram Promaster vans. We are a growing shop that needs help manufacturing our product line to fulfill orders on time. Fun company to work at, very chill shop environment where quality over qty is the goal. Well insulated, heated shop in the winter with fume extractors at each weld station. Large swamp coolers running in the summer time for the hotter months.
Our desired candidate must have the following skills:
Experience with MIG welding steel without requiring significant instruction or tutelage. No welding certifications are necessary.
Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
Follow direction, stay on task, work well with others and show up to work.
The majority of work will be welding at a table. Production welding of parts in batches of 5 to
50 at a time. Other tasks include deburring of welded parts, cutting on band saw, drilling, tube bending, etc We will train you in the tasks we need accomplished.
Work hours are 9am-5:30pm M-F – Post Falls, ID
