Landscape Maintenance

If you are reliable, hardworking, and like to be outside this job is for you! Duties include weekly mowing and basic maintenance for residential and commercial landscapes.

Duties –

Mow, trim, edge, and blow properties

Identify and complete small maintenance tasks while on-site, including but not limited to hand-pulling weeds and basic pruning

Communicate maintenance and irrigation needs of properties to the Operations Manager

Troubleshoot and maintain mow equipment, including blade sharpening and basic repairs

Help with other maintenance services as needed and winter snow removal

Assist other departments when needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities –

Ability to operate standard lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers

Knowledge of weather conditions and how they relate to lawn care

Ability to understand and follow specific instructions

Ability to use a mobile application to assign and track jobs and products used

Ability to work well with a team
