The opportunity

WestRock is looking for quality individuals to join our General Labor Productions team as a Machine Operator in Milwaukee, WI.

This is an excellent opportunity to start your career by gaining on the job skills and experience, while earning 68 paychecks per year!

2nd and 3rd shift openings

Quarterly bonus pay-out’s.

Monthly perfect attendance bonus pay-out’s.

What you need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and have a desire to advance within the company.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations and to maintain a clean work environment.

Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills.

Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.

Ability to work a standard 8 hour shift up to six days a week with the flexibility of working over-time during the week to cover open positions.
