COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Delta Molding LLC is a growing manufacturer and retailer of high-end shapewear products, including silicone hip pads and breast forms. We operate two websites that target the women's market, as well as the crossdressing/drag/transgender markets.
Our team includes three full-time employees. We have a warehouse and production facility in Woodland, with an air-conditioned office, kitchen and photo studio.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a part-time W-2 position (starting at 2-3 days per week) with flexible hours and the possibility to grow into a full-time job. Ongoing responsibilities include:
Pay-Per-Click Advertising - Manage Google Ads, Bing and Facebook advertising campaigns. Perform split tests and optimize for click-through rates.
Website Development - Manage Wordpress/Woocommerce websites, including landing page optimization, plugin updates, speed optimization, and development of new pages and features.
SEO - Perform on-page and off-page SEO tasks, including keyword optimization and backlink building.
You will also work on a wide variety of web/software/computer projects, such as upgrading our inventory system, automating drop shipping, etc. You may also assist with listing new products, social media marketing, and more. We're looking for a jack-of-all trades with the ability to learn new skills and complete a wide range of tasks.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience with website development and e-commerce.
Proficient with Wordpress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and SEO
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is desired.
eBay/Amazon selling/listing experience desired.
Google Ads certification required
Education: Bachelor's in an applicable field.
PAY: $20-$30/hr depending on experience
