Position: Oracle Functional Lead - BOM/EOCJob location (City, State) - 100% RemoteLong-term Contract Job DescriptionOracle Functional lead for BOM/ECO moduleResponsibilities: Should be able to provide functional design for modules listed above. Lead the translation of the client\'s business goals, objectives, and requirements into systems design. Lead Oracle Supply chain execution, Purchasing including solution design, process enhancements and implementation/deployments. Partner with business leaders during implementation and ongoing enhancement of business processes. Participate in Release management, including but not limited to impact analysis of new releases, plan and execution of releases, training of users on new features, adoption of new features manufacturing in line with Oracle releases. Map business processes and lead solution design through system configuration to meet business needs by clearly articulating the problem statement and the path forward to address the problem, even in highly ambiguous situations. Working on ways to automate the system to be more user friendly. Providing ideas, solution and technically designing solution to resolved recurring issues. Weekly status review with Client support ownersRequired Skills: A minimum of 8 years hands-on Oracle eBusiness Suite functional experience in several of the modules in scope (BOM, OM , ECO). BOM is must. Should have done at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle BOM Hands-on configuration experience and a thorough understanding of the module setups for various modules in scope. Ability to work effectively across time zones in an agile work environment Experience of working on interfaces. Experience of working in development type projects 8 to 10 years of work experience. Ability to be able to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders, multiple teams both onshore as well as offshore Good analytical and trouble shooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skill. Can drive business discussion in front of customerNice to Have Skills: Knowledge in Oracle EBS BOM, ECO Experience in Aviation DomainQualifications: Bachelor's Degree 7 to 10 years of experiences in the IT profession.
