Remote Lead Data Engineer Full-Time, Permanent ML/AI company backed by Google Ventures is looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join their growing Data Engineering team responsible for their most critical infrastructure -The Data Platform.

They need a lead engineer who will help bridge the gap between the business and data engineering using Python, Spark, SQL, among others. Come join their collaborative team, committed to engineering excellence! What you'll do:- Responsible for creating and enforcing best practices for effective development
- Develop and deploy services creating and supporting the overall architecture
- Build and maintain ML pipelines
- Analyze and find technical solutions
- Collaborating with other engineers and data scientists
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Data Science or related
- 5+ years of experience writing back-end/ data-driven software
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Passionate about engineering, clean code, and knowledge-sharing
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Experience with languages like Python and Spark
Experience building and handling ETL pipelines
Experience with container tools like Docker and Kubernetes
