Job Description:The consultant will work with business / IT users to understand the requirement and develop fast formulas in Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Oracle Payroll modules. Resource will work in Alaskan time zone.Experienced Techno-functional HCM Cloud implementation.Expert in Fast formula development for following modules: Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Oracle Payroll.Experience in migrating fast formulas in mass between instances (if applicable)Good with documentation.Functional and technical.Good client handling skills (Verbal and Written).
