Responsibilities:

Implementing the data model required by the application

Creating schema objects and implementing rules for data integrity

Choosing a programming environment for a new development project

Writing PL/SQL and client-side procedural code that use SQL statements

Basic SAS development experience

Creating the application interface with the chosen development tool

Conduct code reviews and participate in technical design;

Analyze complex business problems, track down required information, document requirements, and develop technical solutions;

Establish and enforce quality, security, and compliance requirements;

Support business customers by providing insight into data warehouse structures Education and Knowledge;

Lead and participate in highly complex projects with customers, managers and end-users

Leads, analyzes, designs, develops, and implements modules under limited supervision; performs additional duties as assigned;

Researches and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.

Requirements:

Experience in Oracle Database PL/SQL

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related;

Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies;

8+ years of experience as an Oracle developer

2+ years of development experience in SAS platform

Ability to understand complex issues and facilitate resolution;

Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;

Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
