Your OpportunityGlobal Digital Segment Product Manager is responsible for ensuring customers who desire to trade and custody assets outside of where they reside have an engaging digital experience compliant with the applicable policies and standards at Schwab.   • Foster an in-depth understanding of the ways that Schwab provides services for customers seeking to trade and custody assets outside of where they reside.
  • Ensure an engaging digital experience for customers in the Global segment.
  • Work with service and technical teams and product partners implement products.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive strategy to increase Schwab's global digital functionality to continue to grow the global business segment.
  • Develop compelling, clear presentations for senior leadership that can be used to influence the strategic direction of the client experience.
  • Execute on business strategy, leading and supporting projects with cross-functional partners, including channel organizations (branch network, service centers, schwab.com), project management, marketing, operations, legal, and compliance.
What you haveThe ideal candidate will possess the following capabilities:
  • Minimum of 15 years of brokerage experience required.
  • Experience in Schwab's digital teams required.
  • Experience in leading initiatives required.
  • Experience with the Telium Tag management system required and how the system can be used to personalize experiences for customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects that vary in scope and complexity simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence others and build consensus in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong decision-making skills, ability to prioritize work and negotiate compromises with business and technology partners as needed.
  • Skilled in operating at both the strategic and tactical level; attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • A client-centric focus - keeps clients in forefront of decisions, connects plans and actions to our purpose of serving clients.
  • Strong analytical skills - quickly analyze data to identify key insights and apply them to the business; ability to develop convincing business cases.
  • Comfort with ambiguity with an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
