Resolve customer questions in regards to the enrollment process and how to navigate the service, ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction
Show composure, understanding, and be solution-focused when overcoming difficult objections
Deliver customer support with accuracy, agility, and transparency
Exhibit the best speaking skills to communicate with all potential new consumers as a pleasant, level-headed customer service professional
Attend meetings and weekly webinars to stay on top of the latest updates and promotions available to customers
Report directly to the Customer Enrollment and Account Management team to establish goals, improve customer satisfaction, and develop new sales skills
Customer Support & Outreach Rep Requirements:
Prior knowledge as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Representative, Client Service Representative, Retail Associate or other related fields
High school diploma or GED
Creative problem-solving abilities
Ability to build rapport with new customers, upsell products, and meet team sales goals
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
Ability to adapt to change and pick up new skills quickly
Massive team player with a drive for success
