MARKETING/ COLLEGE STUDENTS

Fertility Heaven Egg Donor & Surrogacy Agency has been helping build families since 2012. This is a part time job and must be based in Miami, FL. Hourly rate plus bonuses. This is not a sales or office position.

We are seeking an energetic Egg Donor Coordinator/Recruiter to join our Fertility Heaven family with previous egg donor or college campus experience. This is a fun and challenging opportunity to showcase your experience and shine.

· Ideal person has experience marketing to college students or is a student on a college campus. Organize social media, educational live chats, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and meet-up events and other innovative ways to grow our egg donor program.

. Experience with on-campus/college recruiting and ambassador campaigns.

· Act as the first point of contact with inquiring egg donors to help candidate understand the requirement, process and benefits. Base rate plus commission.

· Proactively follow-up and make appropriate phone calls and send emails to the potential egg donors candidates to gather information, prescreen and instruct candidate to complete a profile.

· Request and maintain medical records.

· Other administrative duties as assigned.

Required skills:

Strong communication skills, customer service, and organization

Familiarity with Windows operating systems

Experienced egg donation or willingness to learn about egg donation

Handout branding materials on college campuses

Ability to network and cultivate relationships with college students

Available to work flexible part time hours
