Speedy Recovery Services, Inc., is a full-service repossession company that provides its valued lenders with fast, reliable, and professional collateral recovery. We are currently seeking a Lot Attendant to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Lot Attendant is responsible for safe collateral/personal property storage, recording and maintaining accurate records of repossessed vehicles, including personal property inventory, condition reports and pictures. Assisting in redemptions of vehicles/personal property and vehicle transportation to auction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Unload, itemize and securely store personal property from repossessed collateral/vehicles.

Properly record items through the Repossession Management Systems. All receiving entries are to be completed in a timely manner.

Status condition reports and take pictures of repossessed collateral.

Retrieve and process collateral/vehicles for transport and pick-up.

Maintain appropriate inventory levels and remove out of date, non-redeemed property for destruction.

Provide superior face to face customer service in returning personal property/collateral to its owner.

Respond quickly and accurately to request from office personnel.

Keeps the receiving areas clean and well organized.

Other duties, as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Highschool Diploma or GED

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Must be knowledgeable with computers.

Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

Must have good transportation to and from work.

Must be able to lift heavy objects.

Detail Oriented, Dependable and able to work outside rain or shine.

Must be able to work within a team, in a fast-paced environment.

Must be well presented and groomed.
