Driver/Tank Technician (Adrian)

Role: Driver & Tank Technician – Full Time

Pay: $15.00/hour

Location: Adrian, MI

Job Summary: The Driver & Tank Technician is responsible for the operation of a small truck to service restaurant tanks. This person will provide a quality service experience to our customers while maintaining safety standards.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Empty restaurant tanks, as well as exchanging tanks and delivering new ones to restaurants.

Responsible for established route.

Perform all safety checks and inspections of vehicle; operates vehicle under state, federal, local regulations.

Responsible for completing all required paperwork in accordance with company policies (route tickets, driver vehicle inspection reports, accident reports, mileage reports, service forms, etc).

Maintain and update vehicle condition report on a daily basis.

All safety meetings required.

All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Must be 21 years of age with clean MVR.

Valid driver’s license.

Physical ability to lift hoses and machines of 50+ pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior driving or restaurant tank servicing experience within a customer-oriented environment.

Works well with others in a team environment.

Dependable; reliable; ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Good math and communication skills.

Knowledge of safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle and general maintenance.
