Start-Up/1st Yr. “Entrepreneur Minded” Personal Assistant w/ Restaurant Exp.

Starting Salary Rate: $20+/hr.

Position: Full-time, Salary Available

We are hiring a full time Personal Assistant / Event Specialist with Restaurant Experience. We need help with taking our restaurant space to the next level and so we’re looking for a talented individual that has experience with event marketing and planning.

Our goal is to host more weekly events and parties at our restaurants. Everything from local brand pop-up events to weekly live podcasts. The space is perfect, upscale look/feel, beautiful bar, and ideal for private events/parties!

This position is unique and has two parts. One part is assisting the Restaurant Owner and the second part you’ll be assisting the online marketing tech team “Right now there’s just two of us”

Qualifications and Skills:

-At least 2 years experience in a management capacity, preferably in a corporate chain restaurant (i.e. Cheescake Factory, Yard Hose, TwinPeaks, Tilted Kilt, etc.).

-Ability to manage supporting Management Staff, FOH staff & BOH staff.

-Excellent communication skills and a responsible, mature, professional demeanor.

-Resourceful, result oriented, self-starter, with strong work ethic and job commitment.

-Skilled in scheduling, customer service, problem solving, cash handling, bar cost controls, inventory, pour controls, implementing policies, high volume purchasing and liquor promotions.
