Synergy is looking for Sales Professionals to join our team. We run both a Home Security & a Solar Sales Team.

Let’s get an interview going before the September crash in income that most will experience.

Here is the information about the Security & Solar industry in Las Vegas that other companies won’t share with you:

-The margins are great, and there is plenty of money to be made. The Vegas market is the 2nd best in the entire nation for Solar, and ranks in the top 10 nationwide for crime.

-The Federal Government currently pays for 26% of the ENTIRE cost of customers solar systems (because of this, they're VERY affordable).

-The Las Vegas market is great, but is becoming more saturated by the day with bad salespeople.

-The platform (way that companies find their customers) is the MOST IMPORTANT part of choosing a company to work/sell with. We have the most effective platform in Las Vegas.

-We run a BILL REPLACEMENT program that usually elimates the need for a customer to pay an energy bill, which is the replaced by a solar bill at a lesser cost on average.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Deliver on-site consultations for residential prospective customers, explain benefits and savings from our range of solar products and services, closing accounts.

Maintain regular and consistent contact and expectations with prospective customers throughout the sales process.

Communicate efficiently with Sales Manager to update proposals based on customer needs, financing and available products.

Qualifications and Skills

-Self-starter, highly organized, efficient, must have a high desire to learn to be a top performer in our industry.

-Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to quickly build trust, listening & overcoming objections, provide clear answers to point out the benefits of our offering.

-Reliable transportation, with valid driver’s license and insurance
