We are currently hiring the position of Administrative Assistant. At our Carson City office.
Our CEO is a 6-time national best-selling author and has been featured on over 100 TV and radio shows, including CNBC’s The Millionaire Insider, the financial expert on the Dr. Phil TV show and best-selling movie, The Secret: as well as host of her own radio show in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Denver, Colorado Springs, and Vail.
This position will be the assistant to both the CEO and the Client Manager, as well as assisting the other staff members as needed. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone who is reliable and punctual. This is a key position and candidate must be extremely responsible and maintain confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have:

Possess excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-starter and able to work independently as well as a team player
Able to multi-task and prioritize
Able to maintain confidentiality
Ability to learn new software products
Must have knowledge of MS Office 365 programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
A typical day will consist of office tasks such as:
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Creating and maintaining files
Data entry into our CRM/Scheduling software (will train on software)
Following up with clients both on the phone and by email
Maintaining office supply levels and replenishing when needed
