By The Numbers! Bookkeeper needed

The Santa Fe New Mexican, THE daily newspaper for Northern New Mexico, has an immediate full-time opportunity for an Bookkeeper. The hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and The New Mexican offers a comprehensive compensation and benefit package and free parking!

The numbers you’ll work with include:

1. Payments from our subscribers.

2. Reconciliation of client accounts.

3. Monthly reports, journal entries, ACH payments and more.

You should know your numbers and have:

1. Extensive experience in a business office.

2. 5 years (minimum) of general bookkeeping principles, practices and programs.

3. Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.

4. Associates Degree in Accounting/Bookkeeping at a minimum.

Our offices are located in downtown Santa Fe within walking distance to all that offers – library, shops, restaurants, etc.
