Customer Support Representative to join their team in Overland Park, KS

This opening is a 4-month long contract-to-hire position.This

Customer Support Representative will assist in supporting clients maintain consistent account control, resolve inquires, troubleshoot software or equipment issues, document technical issues, and maintain the relationship between clients to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Providing support to existing clients by answering and settling inquiries
  • Guarantee client satisfaction with excellent communication and problem resolution
  • Answer client inquiries via chat, phone, email, etc.
  • Troubleshoot challenges and suggest corrective action
  • Document client information and recurring technical issues

Desired Skills & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong ability to problem solve
  • Extremely comfortable operating computers and a variety of applications
  • Ability to commute to office
