Accounts Payable Clerk

DescriptionAccountemps is partnering with a company in Petaluma, looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporary-to-full-time basis. In this role, you will be providing Accounts Payable data entry support, including entering invoices. This is a position that could start immediately.Duties:-Receive Department mail, filing and scanning vendor invoices into accounting software-Enter vendor invoices (AP)-Code invoices-Provide light Accounts Receivable support, entering customer invoices into accounting softwareRequirements

AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

Sage 100 experience desired
