Accounts Receivable Clerk

DescriptionAccountemps is partnering with a company in the construction industry, looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be assisting the accounting department with customer billing and coding invoices specifically to construction projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1 or 2 years of AR experience in the construction/contracting industry.Duties:-Process full cycle Accounts Receivable, including entering customer invoices, processing and posting payments-Code T&E costs-Manage Lump Sum billing process, adjusting invoices accordinglyRequirements

Reliable skills in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills

Efficient in ERP systems

2+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable

JD Edwards experience is a plus
