Payroll Clerk

DescriptionA Construction Company in Montebello, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to become an integral part of their team. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will match invoices to purchase orders and/or vouchers, general data entry resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The Accounts Payable Clerk reports to the Accounting Manager in this fast paced and expanding department.

Support Accounts Payable: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing

General accounting and administration assistance: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects
