• Respond to the changing needs and priorities of the enterprise to ensure that resources available to do the work have the requisite time and skills.
• Understand the skills and interests of the team, and make sure that those skills are developed to meet current and future needs of the organization.
• Support the strategic and tactical priorities of the organization and communicate these clearly and consistently to the respective teams.
• Set realistic expectations for stakeholders regarding delivery dates and standards.
• Apply the skills and talents of team members to provide the most value to the organization, and proactively work with team members to develop skills and cohesion.
• At least 5 years relevant experience required.

• Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) - Smartsheet, Procurement Systems
• What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) - Developing appropriate reporting, partnering with the larger program to report all activities.
• Preferred background/prior work experience? - Ideally procurement/Finance.
• Priority soft skills - Strong communications and ability to lead a meeting.
