IP Operations SpecialistLocation:- San Jose, CA (Hybrid Schedule)Duration:- 6+ Months/Contract to hire Responsibilities of IP Operations Specialist- Responsibilities to include patent docketing, database management, vendor correspondence, and other projects as assigned
Requirements for IP Operations Specialist- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution, including experience with patent docketing systems, tools, and public databases
- Experience with Anaqua is a plus
- Must be an independent and strategic thinker with the ability to manage conflicting priorities efficiently
- 5+ years of patent-specific legal experience
