We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, service-minded individual to join our fast-paced company as a Technical Support Specialist. This individual is responsible for end user support requests, logging issues into ticketing software, and assisting end users or escalating problems to relevant team members, as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Field calls from our business units and troubleshoots technical issues
  • Run and support online ticketing system, prioritizing tickets and calls according to severity, impact, and urgency
  • Troubleshoot and handle hardware, software and and network issues
  • Follow up on all outstanding calls and open ticket items to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of Windows AD Networking.
  • Basic understanding of Office 2007 and higher functions.
  • Basic understanding of Windows 7 Pro installation and configuration.
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
  • POS System experience a plus
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check
