We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, service-minded individual to join our fast-paced company as a Technical Support Specialist. This individual is responsible for end user support requests, logging issues into ticketing software, and assisting end users or escalating problems to relevant team members, as needed.

- Field calls from our business units and troubleshoots technical issues
- Run and support online ticketing system, prioritizing tickets and calls according to severity, impact, and urgency
- Troubleshoot and handle hardware, software and and network issues
- Follow up on all outstanding calls and open ticket items to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Basic understanding of Windows AD Networking.
- Basic understanding of Office 2007 and higher functions.
- Basic understanding of Windows 7 Pro installation and configuration.
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
- POS System experience a plus
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
- Ability to pass a thorough background check
