Senior Director of Product

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client is seeking a Senior Director of Product in Fort Lauderdale, FL.Responsibilities: Senior Director of Product will create a long-term vision and strategy for the consumer financial products area based on consumer needs and Vista's strengths Partner with the CEO and Chief Product Officer on establishing product culture, both in how we work and the design of the organization, and influence the organization on the overall product strategy Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Design, Data Science and go to market teams to develop the product roadmap, the operating structure, and process to deliver on business goals Participate and influence agile ceremonies including planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, team retrospectives and daily scrum As a Senior Director of Product, you will assist in leading or lead the elaboration of epics, themes and writing user stories and developing the acceptance criteria Manage prioritization of defects and work with teams to ensure proper resourcing and scheduling to resolve themREQUIREMENTS: 8+ years of product management experience and having directly led teams (ideally 2+ years of management experience) Experience in a consumer-focused marketplace and building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplace Track record of successfully launching and growing consumer products (App/Web) at scale demonstrating end-to-end product development experience Being able to form and run multiple Engineering PODs with Sprint process combined with experience driving new methodologies and apply a change management process to implement strategies to support adoption Experience working with MarTech tools such as A/B Test Platforms, Consumer Identity management, customer data platforms, tag management platforms, data management platforms, customer experience analytics platforms, web analytics tools and customer feedback platforms; Specific experience with some of the following required: Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sale Cloud, Google Marketing Suite, Mixpanel, Braze, Google Analytics, Snowflake Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization Generalist toolkit - you thrive in uncertainty; You have a -Hand me a problem, and I'll figure it out-mindset;Being asked to work with other experts in their areas: operations, user research, data science sounds exciting to you instead of intimidatingKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
