- Post sales configuration and installation of Cisco LAN, WAN, Wireless and security solutions.
- Design and implement Cisco Nexus Data Center and Catalyst Campus network solutions that accurately reflect the customer stated objectives.
- Design and implement Cisco and Meraki wireless network solutions including wireless LAN controllers, access points and cloud based wireless network solutions.
- Design and implement next generation security solutions including Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.
- Knowledge Cisco Identity Services Engine (Client) to provide secure access to network resources for both wired and wireless clients is beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge of software defined network architecture including Cisco DNA Center, SD Access and SD WAN is beneficial but not required.
- 3-5 years practical experience implementing Cisco wired and wireless network infrastructures
- Experience with Cisco ISR Routers, and Cisco Ethernet switching including Nexus Data Center switches and Catalyst Campus switches
- Understand highly available, resilient, and scalable network infrastructure and services
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, sub-netting, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NAT
- Proficient with IP Routing Protocols (OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, BGP), QoS, Multicast, MPLS
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and analysis throughout the seven layer OSI reference model
- Experience with network security design and implementation including nextgen firewall/DMZ configuration
- Exceptional written and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Cisco CCNA Route/Switch or equivalent
