Non Certified Project Manager

We have a position open for a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager's role is to lead, plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business and operations systems in support of a large-scale system. The primary role for this position will be to lead the Business Analysts, Testers and serve as the primary back-up to the current Project Manager who is responsible for the overall technical solution including Developers, System Architects, and liaisons to other business associates.

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Effectively applies IT methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
• Keeps project team well-informed of changes in project status.
• Helps to resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Communicates effectively to client on a daily/weekly basis.
• Assists in managing client expectations.

• Mitigates team conflict and communication problems.

• 5 plus years' experience with the healthcare applications or child welfare applications
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Possess strong and experience understanding in the areas of Business Analysts and application testing
• Self-managed, highly motivated and has a strong drive for results
