We have a position open for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Frankfort, KY. This position is a REMOTE position. The chosen professional will support a large-scale project and contribute their knowledge and skills to the team.
Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Lead or participate in requirements gathering/JAD sessions; working closely with Project Manager(s), SME's, Vendor and Business Users Define and document requirements and use cases Troubleshooting application and/or interfaces as problems arise. Troubleshooting report issues. Working with user community and vendors to meet implementation timeline. Support application/project go-live. Facilitating business/functional requirement review, approval, and sign-off sessions. Required Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Product Suites (Word, Excel, and Visio) Experience defining business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, determining business solutions and verifying solutions meet requirements Strong understanding of SDLC methodology Ability to handle extreme workloads with general direction Relationship management and facilitation skills Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient problem solving skills Strong decision making ability Must be adaptable to change in a fast paced environment Must be detail-oriented Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in conjunction with team members Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of healthcare systems Strong understanding of Foster Care and Adoption systems with the ability to understand and communicate from a business and technical perspective 3+ years working in a Business Analyst position for a large scale IT systemVacancy expired!
