Position: Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst Location: Dover, DE Duration: 12+ months Rate: Open Interview: Video Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 days offsite) Job Description: To collect detail requirements, Business processes, analyze current customizations and provide comprehensive executive summary for the path forward Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in ERP / PeopleSoft Finance, HCM or Pension software
- Ability to analyze PeopleSoft SQR, SQL, PeopleCode, App Engine code and configurations
- Ability to collect and document detail requirements
- Ability to collect and document current system customizations
- Document business processes
- Work directly with the clients to understand the individual needs of the business
- Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed
- Create and present report to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations
