Scope of Services:

  • Plan, design, and execute user research projects, including discovery research, in-context research, and usability testing
  • Partner with business leaders to determine technology and technological upgrades and installations to improve product and process efficiencies
  • Identify and clearly define problems that affect our ability to provide excellent products and value for internal and external clients. Seek creative solutions and support the design and implementation of those solutions
  • Develop new approaches to User Experience design based on industry best practices, including Agile development methodologies, and ensure updated communication is readily available to meet the launch demands of projects
  • Participate in all stages of the product design and development life-cycle, including generative research, conception and definition, prototyping, UI design, and testing
  • Establish and communicate effective design processes through a strong understanding of user-centered design techniques coupled with practical experience in how a User Experience (UX) collaborates cross-functionally for maximum effectiveness delivering solutions for the platform Collaboratively work with cross-functional groups, internal and external partners to deliver clear direction, specifications, and documentation on how to execute that strategy on projects while meeting project deadlines, and confirms that the quality of projects meet the UI/UX requirements Help create products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users.
This involves the design of the entire process of acquiring and integrating the product, including aspects of branding, design, usability, and function. Other duties assigned Top Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in design (interaction, graphic, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or 3-5 years of experience creating and applying design with ability to drive designs that achieve business results Demonstrated competency in analytical and logical thinking with ability to identify and solve problems Knowledge of design tools, user functionality, intuitive design, current UX Design strategies and trends across web and mobile platforms along with a strong portfolio featuring examples of design work Experience in wireframe rendering, interface operation design, research, and new product development utilizing lean UX methods Proficiency to organize and execute content strategy & UX writing projects SaaS industry experience is a plusWorking familiarity with software development life cycle processes What will set you apart: Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help teams succeed Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting and dynamic priorities Creative, imaginative with the strong business acumen Outstanding time management skills, ability to prioritize and a solutions- oriented approach Drive for continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of Responsibility
