Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (FL).Responsibilities include: A Project Manager will consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives Manage all activities in a project lifecycle (initiating, planning, executing/controlling, and closing) The Project Manager will create and effectively manage deliverables for product implementation projects: Charter/Scope, Issues, Weekly Implementation Executive Status Report, Lessons Learned, etc. Manage projects across multiple cross functional teams. (e.g., Business, Schools, Technology) The Project Manager will raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders Assist in internal improvement projectsREQUIREMENTS: Education experience and school system experience is required To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
