Responsibilities
  • Provide level 1 and 2 issue resolution, escalation, and reporting of hardware and software incidents.
  • Respond to and diagnose software problems through discussions with clients and employees.

Requirements
  • 2+ years IT Help desk experience supporting end users and IT systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies
  • Knowledge of SCCM
  • Knowledge of hardware
