This position requires solid knowledge of technology processes and implementation procedures. This person will:Proactively communicate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to maintain project alignmentAttend/ hold regular meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projectsDetermine and define clear deliverablesCreate schedule for the implementations and upgradesResearch and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysisManage overall project scope to ensure an on-time on-budget deliveryPrepare and deliver status reportsParticipate in regular and ad hoc meetings regarding project deliveryParticipate in planning meetings as requestedResponsible for project tracking and analysisMaintain implementation timelinesTake meeting notes and share with ManagerMay perform other job duties as directed by ManageRequirements:Title: Technical Project LeadLocation: Huntsville, ALRemote/On-site/Hybrid: Hybrid from day 1Local or non-local: Local candidates onlyBackfill/New Headcount: New head countWorking hours: 8 to 5 CDT (Standard)Overtime: Yes, possible weekends for implementation as neededDuration: 9 months with a possibility of extensionBachelor s degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in that areaTravel: NoExperience level: 5+ YearsHeadcount: 1Other Additional Information:This will be a Server ProjectThe candidate must have strong experience in VMware and Windows server (Both)Someone with web applications knowledge and experience on the server sideThere will be a separate server team who is responsible for upgrading and handling different activities related to the server and this contingent worker will work closely with the team and will make sure everything is handled and managed properlyCandidate is also responsible to communicate with the owners of the applicationsSomeone with strong technical knowledge and IT backgroundInterview Process:Interview 1: Video interview 30 to 45 minutes STAR model and technical questionInterview 2: Server time video interview 30 to 45 minutesAt KAYGEN, we are always looking for dynamic, talented and experienced individuals.
