This business has built a unique SaaS platform ingesting customer feedback from various sources including surveys and reviews. They then use this compiled CX data to assist businesses in determining the most effective ways to support their customers through the use of machine learning tools. To their skilled team, they would like to add a UX designer. As a UX designer, you will ideally contribute from the product's ideation through testing. Along with new features and integrations, there will be chances for redesign on the current platforms. In this 25-person company, you will collaborate directly with the product manager, the engineering team, and other team members. This job is full time, but based on your qualifications and the demands, it may also be part time. Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX.
- Define Experience Design best practices by continually benchmarking against industry standards to continuously validate and improve deliverables
- Develop/maintain prototypes and wireframes, and the creation of functional annotations and user stories.
- SaaS experience
- Ability to operate Figma, Jiro, Miro, Adobe XD,and Sketch .
- Well-versed with Agile methodology working in sprint cycle
- Excellent human-centered design experience
- Strong portfolio
- Ability to communicate the end to end process to stakeholders
