Technical Lead

Role: Telecom TesterLocation: Overlan Park KSFulltime/ Direct HireRoles and Responsibility:

• Must have experience in Amdocs Billing & CSM for Quality Assurance
• Working Knowledge in End to End Testing in Telecom BSS
• Review software requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Working experience with User Acceptance Testing and Accessibility Testing.
• Solid knowledge of database testing.
• Knowledge of bug tracking tool Jira
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Responsible for the actions in meeting the release criteria and deadlines.
• Working Knowledge on Tricentis Tosca & qTEST.
• Familiar with tools like Tableau, Jira Align.
