A great opportunity to work with one of our leading Clients in the Semiconductor industry.

Research EngineerLocation:- Cambridge, MADuration:- 6+ Months/Contract to hire

Responsibilities of Research Engineer
  • Operate robotic ASTRAL system to execute synthesis and characterization experiments in support of AML materials discovery program
  • Organize experimental results and analyze data in support of new material patents & publications
  • Contribute to long-term development of the ASTRAL system through integration of new software and hardware

Requirements for Research Engineer
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience with characterization of inorganic materials, in particular, XRD, SEM, and electrochemical techniques such as EIS and cyclic voltammetry
  • Programming experience, particularly with Python
  • Experience working with automated or robotic systems is a plus
  • Experience with CAD and 3d printing/rapid prototyping is a plus
