Our client is seeking a Technical Support professional to provide product support to customers via phone, email, and messaging. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Shakopee, MN. Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate product support for end-users, including phone, messaging, and email communications
  • Maintain good communication and customer service skills in interactions with customers and colleagues
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Accountability for individual and team performance metrics
  • Accurately document customer communication in CRM
Requirements
  • High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred
  • 1+ years' experience in technical support
  • Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Prioritization skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks
  • Ability to learn new skills and ideas and to incorporate feedback for improvement
