The team and Manager are working on installing equipment in a newly constructed production facility and hence they need a resource who can help them out in completing the same. They should have some background of Electrical or Mechanical engineering which will be helpful in understanding and installation of these equipment along with the experience of various codes, for e.g. - NFPA70 (NEC) code The resource should also be well versed with Microsoft Office suite as theyll be using it daily. Furthermore, they should have good skills in using Excel and PowerPoint. The resource should be comfortable with working on weekends/holidays/shutdowns, must be able to travel (up to 10%) Vendor sites in USA as well as with the overtime of 20% as per business requirement. Theres a possibility of extension in the project duration. Interview process 1. STAR video TEAMs interview 2. Possibly 2nd round Job Description: Support upcoming Production Engineering Final assembly Projects. Support planning for installation of machines and processes related to the new production lines. Support construction management of contractors tasked with equipment installation per NFPA Confirm installation quality of machines and processes related to the new / modified production lines. Support PE with the planning and assessment of feasible options for construction related activity. Liaison for TMNA PE to construction contractor to validate for project management. Experienced industry support to younger engineers learning the industry and trades. Requirements: Must Haves: 1. Experience with primary Utilities (Electric power/Air / Piping) with equipment. (Minimum 3yrs) 2. Experience with NFPA70 (NEC) code. (Minimum 3yrs) 3. Experience managing Union labor (Minimum 3yrs) 4. MS Office, (Excel, Word, Power point) 5. Project management skills (Work with Vendors/engineers, communicate with management and Customers) 6. Must be able to work weekends/holidays/Shutdowns 7. Must be able to travel (up to 10%) Vendor sites in USA 8. Overtime 20% as per business requirement Bonus: Experience with machine uncrate, installation, setting, leveling, Prefer someone with knowledge/experience automobile manufacturing and process equipment Some CAD experience is a huge plus (preferred) NFPA79 Code experience.
