Education and Experience:Minimum B.S. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. MS is a plus but not required. 5 to 10 yrs experience in Test DevelopmentKey Responsibilities:
New Product Introduction - responsible for product life cycle management
Work closely with design, product, system, and application engineers to develop test solutions for new products
Develop/Manage test software and hardware to support ATE testing
Understand and contribute to highest level in product quality and drive cost reductions
Manage ATE and test house qualifications and yield improvements
Required Experience:
Solid working knowledge of mix-signal applications and test methodology.
Providing production test solutions for mix-signal products into volume production
Significant experience in techniques for problem isolation, solving, test issue resolution, and yield enhancement
Significant knowledge and experience in the use of bench instruments as well as other lab equipment for troubleshooting
Statistical methods and tools
ATE HW development vis schematic capture, layout review, etc.
Demonstrable project management skills
Desired Experience:
Teradyne CAT, Agilent 93K, Chroma 3650 and other ATE test development system
C programming experience
High Speed ATE HW knowledge

Must have excellent analytical and technical skills to find and resolve any product, process, test and yield issues
Must able to work well under pressure, changing priorities and constant interruptions
Must be able to coordinate meeting, prepare and give technical presentations
