These deliverables will follow established technical compliance guidelines that support maintaining mission critical and operational systems for the US Government to review, approve, and track. The Software Development Analyst must be adaptable and capable for managing and improving current software, applications, and tools to include integration with other technology platforms.This role offers a hybrid work arrangement primarily consisting of remote and occasional on site work in Kearneysville, WV.Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.
  • Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
  • Researches, tests, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
  • Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
  • Evaluates effectiveness.
  • Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
  • Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
  • Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
  • Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
  • Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
  • Acts as team leader on projects.
  • Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of others on the development team.
  • Participates in development of software user manuals and technical reports.
  • NET C#, VB.NET, MSSQL are required. Experience using Visual Studio, SSMS and TFS are also required. CORE, ASP.NET and MVC are a major plus. Java, Oracle, and Forms not required but would make candidate highly desirable.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
