Client is looking for people who are interested in re-imagining the grocery experience by harnessing the power of digital technologies. We are looking for an Adobe Campaign Producer who is detail oriented, technically savvy, analytical, data driven, and hyper focused on driving CRM campaigns for our ecommerce and loyalty customers. This key Marketing Operations role will partner with analytics, ecommerce, loyalty, product management, and technology partners to lead efforts to convert loyalty and ecommerce customers, increase frequency, reduce churn, and improve retention of existing customers by developing and executing lifecycle marketing and always-on campaigns across Email, Push Notification, SMS and In-app channels.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Build, proof, and revise emails and templates in Adobe Campaign Standard and Adobe Experience Manager· Work with business partners to define requirements and KPIs for marketing campaigns· Communicate with internal team members to gather creative requirements· Collaborate with teams to operationalize, build and run campaigns· Focus on campaign development, optimization, automation, and channel management.· Provide actionable campaign optimization insights based on campaign analysis· Work with stakeholders to define, pilot, and rapidly iterate through rigorous test-and-learn methodology (A/B and multi-variant testing) to achieve desired results· Streamline campaign production by partnering with IT to develop reusable templates, manage planning and production process, and training colleagues· Strong project management skills and ability to work on many projects simultaneously· Great communication and collaboration skills· Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve HTML assets and revise code where necessary to integrate with internal tools/platform and ensure proper rendering across major email clients as well as browsers· Work collaboratively with campaign team leads as well as cross-functional teams to scope, design, and implement technical solutions for dynamic campaigns.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues that occurred at any time during the campaign building, launching or post-launching process.

    Experience & Expertise:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.· 4 - 6 years of experience project managing, creating, and executing CRM campaigns using an enterprise marketing platform across large cross-functional teams· Experience with robust MarTech and AdTech platforms especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS)· Strong marketing analytics capabilities that allow you to dive into the data and into our software to get insights to inform your team and cross-functional partners· Track record of driving significant results· Strong understanding of database concepts and segmentation· Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Excel· A/B or multivariate tests and campaign versioning· Dynamic and/or personalized module insertions· QA for content and rendering across platforms and devices· Handle change requests quickly and efficiently· Develop new data-driven campaigns, and personalization initiatives· Help define complex segment criteria· Partner and collaborate with other members of the production/operations team to ensure knowledge sharing and process efficiencies· General understanding of Email and Mobile marketing best practices· Minimum 3 years in email/CRM marketing.· Understanding of QA process and how to QA other’s work· Taking ownership of programs and working with cross-functional business stakeholders

  • These are Producer roles on the team. They are designed to support the division specifically in email campaigns. This is an operations team (this is not a traditional marketing team.)
  • The team is mostly a marketing operations team. Taking business requirements from cross-functional partners (at division & corporate levels) and brining the marketing campaigns to life.
  • The team mainly focuses on email, SMS (text), and push marketing.
  • Platform used by the team is Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS). Also dabble in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). These are the two main platforms that the team works in.
    • ACS: An email service provider. (i.e. Enterprise CRM solutions such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Responses) Large-scale enterprise level ESPs (email service providers).
      • EM is open to speaking with candidates with these platform backgrounds.
      • Open to enterprise-level ESP backgrounds.
      • Other tools (trainable): Sprinkler for workflow management (i.e. similar to Basecamp, Jira, etc.). Microsoft Office Suite products.
    • Candidates should be well-versed in large-scale, enterprise CRM email platforms. Need candidates who can ramp-up/train quickly, due to familiarity with these responsibilities.
    • Candidates with email campaign background but in smaller shops will NOT be qualified.
      • Those candidates have not done large-scale type campaigns or done a lot of dynamic content.
      • Dynamic Content: If you receive any Albertson’s/Safeway campaigns or marketing materials, they are sent out to the consumer and personalized on a 1:1. The content that is found in the emails are unique to the recipient. No two emails are identical.
      • A lot of the campaigns are data-driven. A lot of dynamic insertion in the email templates.
      • Creative build is not how Albertson’s builds their campaign.
    • Dynamic Content: Required
    • Operate a lot of banners: 20 different banners that this team supports nationwide.
    • The emails sizes sent is in the 10’s of millions. Very large files.
    • Some working on marketing briefs with cross-functional partners to define campaigns. They would be working to make sure that the briefs that our partners are submitting are things that the team can execute from an operational perspective. The candidate would also play a “consulting” role with the business partners.
    • Working with the Product Teams
      • Be the liaison between the cross-functional partners, product teams, and IT.
      • Putting together business requirements for the new feature & test the new feature once the Product/IT teams have collaborated and about to bring it to market.
    • This role is more technical, from a marketing perspective. Some work with cross-functional partners at the division & corporate levels. Building a campaign in the ESP.
