Please note that this is a 6 months contract position. MUST HAVE:2-5 years’ experience with some background in social media marketing.You will use your organizational skills to assist the Marcom team, Global Marketing Managers, and Directors with gathering, managing, and uploading a broad range of product related and customer facing content and assets to client website. You will also assist with the posting of social media, managing a digital tracker sheet, and a variety of other tasks.What you’ll doManage daily digital administrative tasks to help ensure the department runs efficientlySupport the team in managing marketing campaign assetsAssist with the coordination of continuous update of PIM (Product Information Management) database (STEP). Collect and implement all pertinent data and information for each retail product and verify data accuracy. Implement and ensure continuously updated client's websites with accurate and regulatory approved product descriptions, link for online sale, and correct distributor contact information.Coordinate translation projects of global marketing materials, customer letters and product notifications.Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing campaignsCreating and managing digital mailing listsManage, monitor, and take ownership of content uploading, maintenance, and organization of product information and customer facing content using multiple programsCross-department collaboration (Product Managers, RA) to help the content creation process run efficientlyAssist in uploading, managing, and reporting of social media postsWhat we need:Required2-5 years’ experience with some background in social media marketing.BS degree in Marketing or related fieldSolid computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePointStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrable ability to multi-task, adjust priorities, and adhere to strict deadlinesSuperior organizational and time management skills with a customer-oriented approachAcute attention to detailDesiredKnowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques with a willingness to learn moreExcellent time management skillsOutgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilitiesFamiliarity with social media, social networking, email marketing, and search enginesDemonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skillsWillingness to travel domestically and internationally <10%Applicants must provide their phone number.
