- Responsible for supporting the daily maintenance of current website
- Implement web pages, landing pages, content, imagery, video, forms and any other content in CMS
- Be the CMS SME and advise colleagues on digital best practices
- Ensure SEO best practices, including technical SEO requirements, are implemented on all pages
- Website quality assurance - help test and review website content for errors
- Work with cross functional teams on projects work that involve website content updates
- Assist with updates as needed to web analytics code.
- Working with regional managers to help build and maintain website content leveraging existing CMS templates
- Maintenance of detailed records of marketing tasks and activity- providing daily and weekly status reports
- Owning various marketing tasks that focus on a positive customer experience
- Maintain and keep up to date websites, including adding and maintaining new/existing pages and content to provide optimal user experience
- Collaborate with Digital & Creative Marketing Team to execute the creative direction, planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the company's websites
- Experience working with email campaigns
- Develop custom Sitecore templates and forms
- Experience building custom templates and forms
- Building out web pages, keeping accessibility in mind, within Sitecore CMS
- Sitecore experience A MUST
- HTML: needed as we'll be using with templates
