Job Summary
  • Hybrid - 2 days a week in office - Framingham, MA
  • 1-3 years of Marketing experience

Major Areas of Responsibility:
  • Supports day-to-day execution of Grand Opening campaigns inclusive of in-store marketing, email, social media, public relations and more.

Facilitates overall Grand Opening project management in regard to:
  • Obtaining & updating store details
  • Maintaining Grand Opening email calendar and partnering with email team on successful execution
  • Partnering with in-store team to ensure new store support
  • Crafting creative briefs
  • Facilitating creative development & approvals
  • Supporting budget management

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of Marketing experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to deadlines and provide follow-up to ensure completeness and quality
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and people
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for all things home, including décor and trends, pop culture, and innovation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
