ERP Functional Lead - D365 BC - Miami, FL - $120kAn industrial products distributor with a national presence is looking for a seasoned, functional ERP professional with NAV to play a key role in user training and support as part of a massive Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation.This role calls for someone with excellent interpersonal skills capable of understanding the needs of both executive leadership and tactical personnel in order to provide solutions and train them on the new system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the Microsoft Partner channel to transition out of consulting work while still having the ability to work on a busy project pipeline and with the latest technologies.Your New Role:- Act as the functional lead and subject matter expert for Business Central ERP
- Work alongside company stakeholders in understanding their business needs and designing a system that fits these requirements
- Troubleshoot errors and support help desk tickets
- Train users on BC functionality
- Leverage the database for building reports through SQL and Jet Reports
- Assist in analyzing financials and distribution processes, identifying new methods of reporting to help fix errors and improve business processes
- Act as a liaison to the company's Microsoft Partner
What You'll Need:- 3+ years of experience with either Dynamics NAV or Business Central
- Implementation or Upgrade experience to Business Central highly preferred
- Knowledge of databases and report development capability
- Experience training large teams on ERP functionality
- Accounting and finance background a plus
