- In summary the person needs to have worked in a digital role as business analyst or architect. Someone who is has strong technology understanding of CRM, B2B/B2C, Marketing systems, and other digital tools. They don’t need to be an expert in all and can be strong in one with exposure to the others
- Culture: We are PE-owned and a very fast-paced company which is growing organically and via acquisition. As such it is not a culture for “Stready Eddies” – the person needs to like moving fast and moving from project to project. Most importantly: street smart, business savvy, common sense, and likeability
- Not looking for a Microsoft lifer. More someone who moved up the ranks in Sales Ops or some other role and became an expert in CRM and learned Dynamics. Someone who considers themselves a Digital expert not a Microsoft expert
- Product Owner for all commercial systems and tools including: B2B/B2C portals; CRM (MS Dynamics preferred but SFDC OK); Pricing and Quoting Tools; Rebate and Billbacks systems
- Experience with various data sources, integration mechanisms, and security and best practices for commercial systems and related technologies
- Experience with full sales lifecycle including Opportunity Management, Quote Management, Pricing Management, Product Configurations and Order Management
- Demonstrated proactive, analytical, and problem-solving approach, ability to propose and architect solutions and or remediations to inefficient processes
- Ability to analyze business needs and articulate concepts to engage cross-functional partners on decisions, priorities, and action plans
