Description Assess and troubleshoot complex computer and system support problems while applying an understanding of computer software/hardware products, and services, to resolve problems of users.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the Service Desk Hotline by taking calls from customers.Research, diagnose, resolve, and respond to computer software and hardware requests received within defined service level agreements.Provide second and third level escalated solutions to business applications and networks.Document incidents in ticket-tracking software.Maintain knowledge of relevant product offerings and support policies.Perform other job-duties and special projects as required.RequirementsAssociate's Degree in Information Systems or related computer/technology field of study.1-3 years or more of IT Helpdesk/Support experience required; Working knowledge of computer, network, and software knowledge including MS Office.Strong written and verbal communications skills required.Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task is needed.Ability to rotate on-call responsibilities. Requirements - Technical Support experience required- Experience with Support Tickets- Provide Technical Support experience- Microsoft Office 365 experience- Hardware and Software experience preferred- Adeptness in Ticketing System- Ability to multitask effectively- 3+ years' of experience supporting desktop/server operating systems and technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, Exchange and VMware - Applicants should have a combination of superior customer service skills and technical aptitude - ITIL certification a plus- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively- Complex problem solving skills are a must.
