IT Field Service Engineer / IT Support Engineer / Desktop Engineer

- IT support (troubleshoot hardware and software issues) for all client Americas region and home office users
- Install and configure software and computer systems
- Assist with password or login problems or WPaaS migration
- Logging/updating troubleshooting steps on respective tickets in HPSM
- Walk clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems
- Imaging / reimaging & update Laptops/Desktops and send them to our staff using our shipping department
- Support for the Testing of WPaaS project
- Installation of any additional software using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Logistic
- Co-ordinate with staff to receive the devices of resigning staff and keep that properly in store and update in HPSM
- Receiving IT devices (Desktop/Laptop/Monitors/Docking Stations/Mouse/Keyboard etc. from Supplier (CDW) and keep that in Stores in Administrative Building and add the receiving device (Desktop / Laptop / Monitors) to HPSM
- Co-ordinate with Manufacturers for the devices under warranty and replace if they send any customer replaceable parts.
- Inventory auditing for IT devices in stores.
